Hyatt Qatar, a group of luxurious chains of Hotels, is hiring a Hygiene Manager with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee hygiene and sanitation practices in all areas of the Hyatt Qatar hotel.
- Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene policies in compliance with local regulations and international standards of Qatar.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Train and educate staff on hygiene best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with all departments to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Manage documentation and reporting for regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry such as Hyatt Qatar.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles, ISO standards, and local health regulations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
