Hilton Hotels in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Health and Safety Manager HSE HACCP Manager with the following:
Job Responsibilities-HSE/HACCP Manager at Hilton Dubai:
- Manage Health & Safety Programs: Oversee all aspects of health, safety, food safety, fire safety, security, public health, and disability compliance across assigned Hilton properties.
- Safety Risk Management: Implement and monitor safety risk management practices in accordance with Hilton’s health and safety policy.
- Guest Safety and Complaints Management: Actively address and reduce guest complaints related to health and safety, fire safety, and food hygiene, and minimize guest civil claims.
- Compliance Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and fire safety regulations.
- Training Programs: Provide health and safety, food safety, and fire safety training to managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Liaison with External Parties: Collaborate with contractors, sales staff, and facilities departments on health and safety standards.
- Incident Investigations: Conduct investigations into food poisoning or health and safety incidents, analyze hazard reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Fire Safety Management: Oversee fire safety systems, conduct weekly fire tours, monitor fire drills, and ensure fire detection and prevention measures are in place.
- Food Safety Monitoring: Analyze microbiological results from food sampling in hotel kitchens and ensure food safety compliance.
- Environmental Awareness: Support the hotel’s environmental initiatives and assist environmental champions where necessary.
- Document and Monitor Safety Audits: Maintain thorough documentation following safety audits and training sessions.
- Basic Food Hygiene Tutoring: Conduct basic food hygiene courses for relevant hotel staff.
Job Qualifications for HSE/HACCP Manager at Hilton Dubai:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Food Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Health and Safety Management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Fire Safety Management and Risk Assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
HSE Requirements:
- Group Training Certificate or equivalent certification in health and safety.
- Fire Safety Management certification.
- Experience in environmental management within a hotel setting.
- Excellent grooming standards and strong organizational skills.
