A Consultant Industry in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Food Safety Trainer with the following:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Food Safety and quality management audits and provide consultative services.
- Review, assess and design documentation related to Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs on food safety practices and compliance.
- Execute projects according to legal, corporate, and customer requirements while adhering to industry best practices.
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Adhere to working schedules and instructions provided by the company.
- Flexible to working on weekends and willing to travel outside the UAE, when required.
Qualifications
- Lead Auditor status / Lead Auditor training in Food Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Level 4 Food Safety, Level 3 HACCP (any other qualifications like NEBOSH highly desirable)
- B. Sc / M. Sc – Food Engineering / Food Science / Food Technology / Microbiology / other related fields.
- Minimum 7 working years in the food industry/catering / related industry which involves quality and food safety assurance
- Dubai Municipality approved BFS and PIC trainer
- At least two years experience in hardcore detail-oriented internal auditing of formal systems like HACCP, ISO 22000, 9001, etc. / consulting on the above systems
- Language skills – English and Hindi / Urdu are compulsory, any other language is desirable
- Strong communication, presentation and technical content writing skills.
- Strong customer care and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to the Diversey Consulting workplace culture and imbibe the core values while working with multifunctional teams
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
