A Global services company in Dubai UAE is hiring a Food Safety Consultant with Dubai Municipality Approved Status :
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Regulators and Authorities locally to resolve any food safety-related disputes arising on-site.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding food safety concerns or incidents.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding food safety issues, audits and inspections.
- Conduct food safety audits and inspections at client premises to verify compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Develop training materials and train clients on food safety principles and practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential food safety hazards.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of FSC (Food Safety Course) from a UAE-recognized body.
- Proven knowledge and successful application of food safety principles and standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Retail Audit Standards, etc.).
- Driving License for UAE.
- Huge experience in Kitchen audits
- Dubai Municipality Approved.
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in Food Safety Consultancy or relevant role.
