A leading international Food Safety Consultant Company is hiring a Food Safety Consultant for its Doha, Qatar location. This role requires a skilled Food Safety Specialist to ensure the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivered services align with Boecker® Food Safety Manual terms and regulations.
- Design, initiate, and implement safe food systems, including ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits, and others, in a timely manner, in Qatar.
- Develop food safety manuals tailored to specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP, or other standards).
- Conduct courtesy calls and client visits.
- Perform kitchen audits and prepare gap analyses and other relevant reports.
- Organize, provide, and deliver Boecker Food Safety training programs. A Food Safety Consultant Qatar must manage these responsibilities efficiently.
- Manage training delivery, evaluate outcomes, and provide follow-up support as needed.
- Handle exam processes and issue certificates accordingly.
- Maintain data entries and ensure data integrity on Boecker systems.
- Participate in organizing internal and external Public Health events.
- Support the Sales team by providing leads and offering technical assistance during the prospecting phase in Qatar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Nutrition, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food Safety, Training, or a relevant field. Experience in Qatar is a plus for a Food Safety Consultant role.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
