As a Food Safety Consultant at Rentokil Initial, your primary role will involve ensuring the effective implementation and strict adherence to established food safety standards for our diverse range of clients. You will design and deliver tailored food safety training programs that cater specifically to each organization’s needs, while also conducting comprehensive audits to verify that clients consistently meet the required regulations and guidelines. Your expertise in this critical area will help organizations maintain the highest possible standards of food safety, thereby directly impacting public health and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement food safety systems, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
- Conduct ADAFSA and EFST Trainings
- Conduct thorough kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis reports to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to food safety practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and provide technical assistance during the prospecting phase.
- Participate in the organization of public health events and initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Public Health or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food safety, quality assurance, or relevant training.
- ADAFSA Approved trainer
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
- Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
