The catering industry in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Food Safety and Hygiene Officer Sr. with the following:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Provide training to staff on food safety practices and hygiene standards.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and implementing health and safety protocols across all our kitchen and outlets and venues. 

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in kitchen operations, dining areas, and other relevant spaces.
• Investigate incidents and complaints related to food safety and health, and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food safety and health inspections.

Job Qualifications in Catering Company

• Proven GCC experience as a Food/Health & Safety Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards of the UAE and International food certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; usage of software in the Food Processing Industry.

• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Certification in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP) is preferred.
• Candidates with a vehicle and U.A.E. Driving license are preferred.
