A Restaurant and Hospitality Group in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to enhance the dining experience.
- Guest Relations:
- Interact with guests to understand their needs and preferences, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, encouraging guest feedback to improve service quality.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the F&B department.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Menu Development:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality and presentation standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining areas and back-of-house facilities.
Job Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
