IFFCO UAE, a food condiments and Manufacturing Company is looking for an Executive Assurance with the following:

Job Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory agencies, customer requirements, and corporate quality standards.
  • Adhere to hygiene guidelines set by the Municipality Food Control Department and address corrective actions from inspections.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Ensure the quality of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), intermediates, and finished goods (FG) through intervention, inspection, and testing.
  • Conduct testing and experiments for new and existing products to meet business, customer, and regulatory standards.

Food Safety & Standards Management:

  • Manage in-house laboratories, plant sanitation, pest control, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and other food safety standards.
  • Prepare documentation for HACCP studies, including recipe specifications for RM/PM, and oversee its implementation and validation.

Audits & Inspection:

  • Conduct internal and external audits in alignment with the supplier approval and development program.
  • Manage audits by customers and regulatory bodies.

Training & Awareness:

  • Train employees across departments on Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), GMP, and Food Safety.
  • Arrange and deliver regular training sessions on food safety and quality standards.Product Development Support:
  • Provide inputs on quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements for new product development projects.Process & Documentation Management:
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems and maintain required documentation for audits and internal validation.
  • Implement effective process controls to ensure product quality and reduce customer complaints.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology (B.Tech) or a graduate degree with a diploma in Dairy Technology.
    • 3-5 years of work experience in lab analysis in a mid-sized FMCG manufacturing company.
    • Expertise in new product development and quality management.
    • Proficiency in food safety standards, HACCP, and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, KANBAN, Kaizen).
    • Audit practices and documentation/reporting expertise.
    • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
    • Planning and decision-making abilities.
    • Self-management and team leadership capabilities.
    • Customer-centric approach and focus on results.
