Responsibilities

Develop personalized and nutritionally balanced meal plans for patients based on their medical conditions, dietary needs, and restrictions within the healthcare catering environment.
Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their dietary requirements and recommend appropriate dietary interventions.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide nutrition counselling and education to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, therapeutic diets, and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree may be preferred.
State licensure or certification as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or equivalent credential.
Experience working as a dietitian in a healthcare setting or catering environment, preferably with experience in meal planning and nutrition counselling.
