Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist at FoodTechSafety.com. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers, and offering help desk to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications – IT Suuport – WordPress
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills of wordpress.
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
- Help Desk Support Expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Remote working experience in WordPress.
