A fast-growing health and wellness café brand in Bengaluru – India ; committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and hygienic food across all its QSR outlets. We follow strict food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
To strengthen thequality control, food hygiene, and audit processes, we are looking to hire a QA – QSR Auditor who will play a key role in monitoring outlet compliance and driving continuous improvement across operations.
The QA – QSR Auditor will be responsible for conducting quality, hygiene, and food safety audits across multiple QSR outlets. This role involves ensuring compliance with SOPs, FSSAI regulations, and internal quality standards, identifying gaps, supporting corrective actions, and training outlet teams on best practices in food safety and hygiene.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality assurance and hygiene audits across QSR and food service outlets
- Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FSSAI guidelines, and food safety regulations
- Evaluate personal hygiene, food handling practices, storage conditions, sanitation, and cleanliness at outlets
- Identify non-conformities, gaps, and risks related to food safety and quality control
- Prepare detailed audit reports, document findings, and share insights with the operations and management teams
- Support outlets in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, hygiene, and food safety systems
- Conduct on-site training and awareness sessions for store staff on hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
- Travel across multiple locations as required for audit and monitoring activities
Job Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, QSR Auditing, Food Safety, or FMCG auditing
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and QSR operations
- Familiarity with FSSAI regulations, SOP implementation, and audit procedures
- Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate audit findings clearly and work closely with operations teams
- Willingness to travel across outlets and locations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
