Catering Industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE is looking for an HSEQ Officer, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) across catering operations, with a strong focus on food safety compliance and healthcare catering standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations and international food safety standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality systems across all catering and kitchen operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments in food preparation, storage, distribution, and service areas.
  • Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively implemented.
  • Support healthcare catering operations by ensuring strict adherence to infection control, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain accurate HSEQ documentation, reports, and records as required by authorities and internal management.
  • Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to drive continuous improvement in food safety and workplace safety.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and support inspections by regulatory bodies.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or any related Science discipline.
  • Mandatory certification in HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 4.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare catering or healthcare industry is mandatory.
  • Middle East / GCC experience is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety laws, hygiene standards, and HSEQ systems applicable in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
