Qualification: PG in Science / Diploma in Alcohol Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect grain quality and perform sensory, GC, chemical, and microbiological analysis
- Monitor fermentation and distillation process parameters
- Conduct trend analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, FSSAI, FSMS, and ISO 22000
- Maintain QC documentation and records
- Support internal and external audits
- Follow safety, environmental, and shift operation requirements.
