A leading professional ConsultanT training provider in the UAE is hiring a qualified and experienced HSE & Food Safety Trainer to join in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for passionate training professionals with strong subject knowledge, recognised certifications, and proven experience delivering high-quality HSE and Food Safety training programs across multiple industries in the UAE.

HSE and Food Safety – Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in delivering HSE and Food Safety training
  • Proven experience conducting classroom, in-house, open batch, and client-site trainings
  • Strong training delivery, facilitation, and learner engagement skills

HSE and Food Safety Certifications

  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory for HSE training
  • Highfield Level 4 Award in Food Safety / HACCP or equivalent recognized certification
  • Excellent command of English
  • Fluency in Hindi and Malayalam is highly preferred
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Proficient in PowerPoint presentation development and training documentation
  • Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and assessments
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage diverse learner groups from different industries
  • Flexible to travel for trainings within the UAE when required
  • Sound knowledge of current UAE HSE and Food Safety regulations

Job Responsibilities

As an HSE & Food Safety Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering professional HSE and Food Safety training programs in line with UAE regulations and international standards
  • Designing, reviewing, and updating training materials, presentations, assessments, and course content
  • Customizing training sessions to meet client-specific and industry-specific requirements
  • Ensuring accurate completion and timely submission of:
    • Attendance records
    • Assessments and evaluation sheets
    • Participant feedback and training reports
  • Providing post-training support, clarification, and technical guidance to clients
  • Participating in trainer meetings, internal audits, quality reviews, and professional development activities
  • Maintaining a professional, client-focused, and compliance-driven approach at all times
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UAE HSE laws, Food Safety regulations, HACCP, and industry best practices.
