Internship – Regulatory Affairs Intern to join a sustainable life science solution company’s Global Regulatory Affairs (RA) team in Dubai. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for biotechnology, life sciences, and regulatory affairs students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in global regulatory documentation, data management, and compliance support within a professional, multinational environment.
Internship Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting regulatory operations by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of regulatory documentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, organizing, reviewing, and verifying regulatory documents and data requested by the Global Regulatory Affairs team
- Maintaining and regularly updating a master Excel tracking sheet with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring all regulatory documents are properly labeled, structured, archived, and filed in compliance with RA standards and internal procedures.
- Following up with internal stakeholders to obtain pending, incomplete, or missing regulatory documentation
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks related to regulatory compliance
- Assisting in data cleanup, validation, and standardization activities for the implementation of a new Regulatory Affairs system
- Contributing to continuous improvement of data quality, traceability, and regulatory documentation workflows

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Previous internship, coursework, or academic exposure to Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
- Experience working with structured documentation systems, databases, or data management tools
- Basic understanding of regulatory compliance, documentation standards, or quality systems
