Food and HSE Trainer wanted at a leading Catering and Facilities Management Company in Dubai, UAE with the following:

Job Responsibilities – Food and HSE Trainer

  • Deliver on-site training sessions covering Food Safety, HACCP principles, hygiene practices, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
  • Train staff across healthcare, catering, hospitality, and corporate facilities in compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and ADAFSA regulations.
  • Design and update training modules tailored to each facility’s operations, risk level, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create engaging training material, including presentations, manuals, quizzes, and interactive activities.
  • Food and HSE Trainer must monitor and ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, Dubai Municipality Food Code, and ADAFSA guidelines.
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE food safety legislation and HSE standards.
  • Perform scheduled facility inspections and internal audits to evaluate hygiene, food handling, and safety practices.

  • Prepare detailed audit reports with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
  • Support teams in implementing corrective actions and improving overall compliance.
  • Use interactive teaching methods such as demonstrations, case studies, real-life scenarios, and practical sessions.
  • Motivate employees and build a strong food safety and HSE culture across all locations.
  • Conduct training and assessments across multiple sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Ensure training records, attendance, and certification documentation are properly maintained.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Public Health, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or any related discipline.
  • Approved Trainer Certifications from both Dubai Municipality (DM) and ADAFSA.
  • Professional certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety Level 3/4, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex regulations into practical, easy-to-understand concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and HSE standards.
  • Skilled in reporting, auditing, and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel across multiple sites within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Experience in training within healthcare, catering, or hospitality is an added advantage.
