Food Quality Controller Trainee opportunityapp-based with a leading Food delivery app based company in Dubai, UAE with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections and analyses at every stage of production, including the receipt of raw materials, in-process checks, and final product evaluation before dispatch.
  • Perform detailed final product inspection and approval prior to shipment to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out regular hygiene and sanitation audits within the processing areas to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and calibration of machinery and equipment used in food processing to ensure consistent operation and safety.
  • Monitor and record product core temperature (0°C to 4°C) throughout production, storage, and dispatch to ensure cold chain integrity.
  • Ensure chillers, freezers, vehicle chillers, and other equipment are operating efficiently and report any deviations immediately.
  • Ensure that safe, high-quality, and consistent food products are delivered to customers in compliance with both company standards and UAE food safety regulations.
  • Conduct thorough audits of production areas, focusing on hygiene procedures, cleaning schedules, packaging quality, and the condition of incoming materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, documentation, and reports in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Reject non-conforming raw materials and coordinate with the concerned department to resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Recommend and implement process improvement measures to enhance product quality and reduce production defects.
  • Support and guide the production team in addressing quality control issues, providing feedback and corrective action plans.
  • Oversee adherence to HACCP, GMP, food safety protocols, pest management, and sanitation procedures during all stages of production.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Safety, or Biotechnology.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates currently on Spouse Visa or available for Immediate Joining are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, good observation skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is an added advantage.
