A leading hospitality group operating multiple successful restaurant brands across the UAE is looking for a Food Hygiene Manager, With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences, quality, safety, and compliance with international food standards. To further strengthen our operations, we are seeking an experienced Food Hygiene Manager to be based in Dubai.

Job ResponsibilitiesFood Hygiene Manager

As the Food Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring 100% compliance with Dubai Municipality rules and regulations, including all food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of HACCP plans, ISO 22000 standards, and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) across multiple restaurant brands.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive training programs to educate staff on hygiene protocols, food handling practices, and safety procedures.
  • Conducting regular hygiene audits, risk assessments, and inspections in all outlets to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
  • Establishing robust record-keeping and documentation practices to meet regulatory, certification, and audit requirements.
  • Investigating and addressing non-conformities, food safety incidents, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with chefs, operations, and service teams to embed food safety culture across daily operations.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with Dubai Municipality inspectors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Staying updated on emerging food safety trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, and applying them to business operations.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a results-driven and qualified professional with the following background:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a reputed hospitality, catering, or F&B brand in the UAE or GCC.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, Environmental Health, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Advanced HACCP certification, ISO 22000, and PIC training certification (Dubai Municipality-approved) are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and international food safety laws, HACCP, GMP, FSMS, and ISO standards.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities to guide multicultural teams.
  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multi-brand operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
