Remote Part-Time Job – Summary

We are a rapidly growing fast food chain based in Dubai, UAE, seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, managing, and maintaining a variety of critical business data including sales reports, inventory logs, employee records, and supply chain documentation. This role requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

Data Management and Entry

  • Enter and update daily store-level data such as sales figures, inventory counts, employee rosters, and supplier invoices into the company’s cloud-based systems.
  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
  • Maintain up-to-date digital records for all restaurant outlets, ensuring timely updates and backups.

Inventory and Sales Tracking

  • Compile data from multiple stores and prepare summaries of sales trends, inventory usage, and wastage reports.
  • Work closely with supply chain and store managers to ensure inventory data is aligned with physical stock levels.

Administrative Support

  • Assist HR and Finance teams in maintaining accurate records of employee shifts, payroll hours, and petty cash expenses.
  • Input supplier details, delivery schedules, and order confirmations into central tracking sheets.

Data Validation and Reporting

  • Perform routine audits to check for inconsistencies or missing data across reports.
  • Generate weekly or monthly reports as requested by senior managers using Excel or Google Sheets.

Communication and Coordination

  • Coordinate via email or online meetings with outlet managers, the operations team, and head office to clarify data requirements or correct errors.
  • Participate in occasional remote team meetings for updates or training.

Qualifications – Remote Part-Time

  • Educational Background:
    High school diploma is required. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Work Experience:
    Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar clerical role. Experience in the food & beverage or retail industry is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting).
    • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and basic data management tools.
    • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, or ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
    • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must reside in the UAE.
    • Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer for remote work.
