Quality Controller Entry-Level vacancy to join a growing team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that all processed fruits and vegetables meet strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine quality checks and visual inspections on fresh-cut and sanitized produce.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.

Inspection & Monitoring

  • Conduct routine quality inspections of incoming raw materials and outgoing processed produce.
  • Monitor for any signs of spoilage, contamination, or non-compliance during various stages of processing and packaging.
  • Check product temperature, texture, color, and packaging integrity to ensure high standards.

Compliance & Record-Keeping

  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, company SOPs, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Accurately document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
  • Maintain updated checklists, logs, and reports for internal audits.

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the production and sanitation team to report and resolve quality concerns immediately.
  • Support in root cause analysis and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in the training and awareness sessions on hygiene and safety standards for production staff.

Hygiene & Sanitation

  • Verify that cleaning and sanitation practices are performed as per company protocols.
  • Report any issues with equipment or facility hygiene that could affect product quality.
  • Assist in implementing HACCP and internal quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Support training of production staff on quality control procedures and good hygiene practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the food industry, preferably with fresh produce.
  • Basic knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food hygiene practices.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Must be on a valid Spouse Visa.
