A leading bakery Group in Abu Dhabi UAE is looking for a QC Officer with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and implement food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Identify and report deviations from quality standards, and assist in corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure adherence to quality control processes.
- Conduct hygiene and sanitation inspections to ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to quality and food safety.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality assurance activities.
Job Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
