A leading FMCG brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jeddah is hiring a Quality Assurance Auditor with the following:
Responsibilities
- Provide and share support, advice, ideas, and knowledge across QA department.
- Implements quality assurance standards, SOP’s and HACCP programs & ISO.
- Implement the stores improvement plans at the branch level.
- Monitor the implementation of Arrow-Food Co. food safety policies and procedures.
- Follow up the corrective actions’ implementation in the branches in reference to the initial QA Audit report.
- Follow up the implementation and the efficacy of the pest control programs at the branch level.
- Verify the food alerts messages and Customer complaints & ensure the timely and thorough investigation of all complaints allocated.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the branch audits.
- Food sampling for the laboratory testing.
- Visiting the markets/customers to check our products quality.
- Checking the quality of the goods when receiving.
- Responds to food safety related requests from end customers, or the government authorities or the supplier to recall the products.
Quality Assurance Qualification
- Master’s / bachelor’s / Diploma degree in food science and technology, Microbiology science, Agricultural science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in food industry, Microbiology or logistics.
- ISO 22000, FSMS and HACCP certification.
- Experience in implementing SOP and policies according to SASO, SFDA, and Municipality and matching with ISO standards.
- Experience in quality investigations and audit.
