A Multinational brand of juice concentrate–based Refreshment Drinks producing Company in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Independent processing of end consumer and trade complaints, including root cause analysis together with the respective departments.
- Processing of the licensee samples.
- Support in raw material qualification both internally and for license partners.
- Sensory inspection of finished products.
- Implementation of microbiological environmental analyses
- Preparation of analysis orders for external testing institutes and verification of the analysis results, including initiation of measures in case of deviations
- Monitoring of the quality relevant KPIs and preparation of the monthly report
- Support in cause analysis and definition of measures in case of deviations of quality relevant KPIs
- Maintenance of the microbiological results.
- Implementation of traceability in SAP.
- Contact person for Customer Service regarding product-specific inquiries.
- Implementation of training courses on quality-related topics.
- Support in the preparation of tastings as well as training and administration of the sensory panel.
- Support in the implementation of supplier audits.
- Creation and maintenance of QM documents.
Job Qualifications
- Degree in the field of Natural Sciences, Food Technology or comparable.
- 1-3 years job experience as QHSE Technician or a similar role.
- Chemical, physical and microbiological knowledge in the field of food and beverage technology.
- Knowledge in the area of quality management, as well as HACCP and Food Defense
- Knowledge in the area of complaint management.
- Knowledge in the field of sensor technology in food processing.
- MS Office and SAP system knowledge, ERP vendor or supplier systems.
- Fluent in English
