A Global services company in Dubai UAE is hiring a Food Safety Consultant with Dubai Municipality Approved Status :

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Regulators and Authorities locally to resolve any food safety-related disputes arising on-site.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding food safety concerns or incidents.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding food safety issues, audits and inspections.
  • Conduct food safety audits and inspections at client premises to verify compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Develop training materials and train clients on food safety principles and practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential food safety hazards.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients and colleagues in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of FSC (Food Safety Course) from a UAE-recognized body.
  • Proven knowledge and successful application of food safety principles and standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Retail Audit Standards, etc.).
  • Driving License for UAE.
  • Huge experience in Kitchen audits
  • Dubai Municipality Approved.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in Food Safety Consultancy or relevant role.
