Responsibilities

  • Ensure Food Safety, Product Quality, and Factory Hygiene meet industry standards.
  • Support the Online Quality Controller in implementing a robust quality assurance program.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards for Food Safety and Factory HygieneAssist in overseeing and upholding Product Quality in the factory environment.
  • Verification of the labels before production and approval of them before applying to the products, ensure the correct labels are placed on the finished goods.

  • Inspect employee personal hygiene.
  • Assist Online QC in CCP Monitoring.
  • Issuing and monitoring of chemicals required for production and cleaning purposes.
  • Instruct and Monitor the Hygiene Associates for proper cleaning of the equipment and facility.
  • Inspecting the recipe and ingredients used for the production process.
  • Assist Online QC to maintain the online Quality Records.
  • Assist the QA Manager in customer audits and Certification Audits.
  • Support the development of food safety, health and quality culture in the production process.

Qualifications

  • Obtain a Plus 2 / Diploma in Food Science qualification.
  • Showcase strong communication, organizational, motivational, and leadership skills.
  • Preferably possess 1-2 years of experience in QA within the Food Industry, particularly in Meat and Poultry.

  • Demonstrate adeptness in managing Corporate workgroups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word software.
  • Possess knowledge of HACCP, and FSMS (ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC) standards Training.
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
