As a Food Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and hygiene of our food products, overseeing our entire brand portfolio. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, you will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications

• MSc in Microbiology or Food Hygiene: We prefer candidates with a Master’s degree in Microbiology or Food Hygiene, demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of food safety.
• Level 4 Food Safety Approved: You must possess Level 4 Food Safety Approval, showcasing your expertise in maintaining food safety standards.
• Level 4 HACCP Approved: Your Level 4 HACCP Approval is essential to showcase your competency in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.

• Dubai-Based PIC Training Qualification: For candidates based in Dubai, a PIC (Person in Charge) Training qualification is mandatory. This includes Dubai Municipality Trainer approval, TSI & HABC Trainer approval, and Dubai Municipality-approved Food Safety Trainer certification.

• Approvals from Highfield Awarding Body of Compliance (HABC) or Taylor Shannon International (TSI): While not mandatory, possessing approvals from these renowned organizations for Person in Charge Level 3 Food Safety Training is a valuable asset.
