Responsibilities
- Implementing/ maintaining HACCP, Food Safety and Personal Hygiene Standards.
- Reporting to Quality and Food Safety Incharge
- Implementing systems and conducting regular checks to ensure workers are adhering to good food and personal hygiene practices.
- Managing the compliance team and ensuring the daily sanitation activities are always in a satisfactory manner.
- Conducting regular food safety audits of facility, and equipment, to identify non-compliance issues, reporting findings and liaising with the concerned departments on consistent preventive/corrective actions.
- Providing food safety and hygiene training to all factory workers.
- Participating in internal and external Food Safety Management Audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field (preferably in a FMCG).
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or equivalent required.
- HACCP level 3 Certified or above.
- GMP from the Dubai municipality.
