The beverages Industry in Dubai is hiring Quality inspector for their Inspection and FSMS role.
Responsibilities
• Conduct Blend Analysis, and perform evaluation of results by comparing to standards and input data in SAP.
• Conduct Finished Goods lab testing as per SAP and evaluation of results.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});- Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured products at various stages of the production process, including raw materials, components, and finished goods, to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Select random samples for inspection or conduct inspections based on established procedures and sampling plans
• Identify and categorize defects or non-conformities in products, determining the nature and severity.
• Support on back-tracking activities

• Monitor, maintain and keep records of the PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs of the food safety management systems and escalate in case of any deviation.
• Conduct GMP audits
• Support to implement the GMP-related initiatives.
• Conduct verification of quality control sensors
• Support on Continuous Improvement projects
• Attend all the required team meetings and provide support and feedback
• Support in the preparation of external Audits of IMS, HALAL and FSMS.

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company known for its strict safety and quality standards, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Quality and Food Safety Management System handling.
• Factory and laboratory experience (preferable)
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
