Quality Assurance Specialist_ Senior 

A seafood manufacturing company in Dubai are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all salmon and seafood products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all relevant food safety regulations and standards. Ensure the factory complies with UAE regulations at all times.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste while maintaining product integrity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and audits. Prepare and submit reports as required by regulatory agencies and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of [5] years of experience in quality assurance within the food processing industry, with a focus on seafood or salmon processing.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP & HALAL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality assurance software.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
