Responsibilities
- Identify areas where operational processes can be optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational processes to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures to minimize errors and defects in operations.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Related Field aligning hospitality.
- Proven experience in quality control, process improvement, or a related role.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (Basic Food Hygiene or PIC Certification).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization.
