Responsibilities
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});- Conducting laboratory sessions and supervising student-working groups in food science and nutrition courses
- Providing support to students in their learning process through tutorials and other educational processes
- Participating in the supervision of students during field training
- Assisting instructors in grading student assignments
- Helping instructors and students access academic resources and reference materials for courses
- Maintaining office hours for student consultation
- Assisting in community service, marketing, and outreach activities of the program
- Supporting various other tasks related to program development and needs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Safety or a closely related field
- Bilingual candidates are preferred (Arabic/English)
- Teaching and Research experience
- Practical and professional experience in food audit, inspection and risk assessment.
