R & D Executive
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve products with input from all team members to meet department goals.
- Conduct trials for new products and ensure consistent production.
- Evaluate finished products for quality and sensory experience.
- Maintain records of formulations and trial evaluations.
- Update product usage instructions, claims, and serving suggestions.
- Analyze competition and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure packaging and labels comply with regulations and brand standards.
- Look for ways to reduce costs through optimization and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in the food industry with expertise in the product development of spices and salt having a culinary arts background
- Bachelors/Masters in Food Science, Food Engineering, Applied Sciences and/or Culinary Arts.
