Responsibilities
Carry out the predetermined range of chemical, organoleptic and bacteriological tests required to monitor quality parameters from raw materials through to finished product and associated services to assist in identifying causes of non-conformance.
Qualifications
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Graduate in food or Bakery science or other related discipline
- 3 years experience in the food/pharmaceutical industry or a similar environment
- Chemical handling skills; Strong, communication skills; Computer literate; Team player; Cooperative
