Food manufacturing Industry in Dubai, UAE is hiring QA Assistant with food technology experience:
Responsibilities
- Assist the QA Manager in developing and maintaining quality assurance programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Assist in the development of SOPs, product specifications and overall quality standards for the factory and ensure the relevant departments are adhering to the stated policies
- Conduct audits of production facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement a product testing program to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Coordinate with QC Team to investigate and respond to customer complaints related to quality issues.
- Work closely with R&D and purchase teams to ensure the quality and safety of new products and ingredients.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Degree in food science or related
