Job Description:
- Candidate must have experience in HOSPITALITY / CATERING INDUSTRIES with at least 2 years.
- Maintaining the EHS, HACCP & SOP Standards.
- Conducting HACCP Employee training classes to standardize personnel hygiene, GMP, SOP & FOOD Supervise the Kitchen Safety Supervise & monitor the production floor and ensure the safety, hygiene & housekeeping in the production unit.
- Establishing a cleaning program and schedule. Perform effective SANITATION CONTROL PROGRAM.
- Responsible for overall Safety & Environment matters in related issues within company premises; risk management and food safety. Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop in line with the organization, EHS control practices and programs.
- Report hazards, unsafe acts or conditions or any EHS concerns to the General Manager. Carry out daily safety checks, notify immediately of risk hazards, and give recommendations to correct them. Maintain, develop, perform and measure results of training for staff relating to Environment, Health and Safety.
- Follow up on quality criteria, checking methods, reply and respond to internal & external audits and inspections.
- The ideal candidate must have a Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in hotels that should be available in UAE.
