Job Title: Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update daily sales reports, inventory records, and customer data into the company’s database.
 - Compile and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
 - Maintain and organize digital records of invoices, receipts, and vendor details.
 - Coordinate with store managers and supply chain teams to ensure timely and correct data submission.
 - Perform data cleaning, validation, and ensure consistency across all datasets.
 - Support the accounting and HR departments with data entry tasks as required.
 - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
 - Generate basic reports as instructed by supervisors for internal analysis.
 
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration or related field is an advantage.
 - Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
 - Strong typing speed (minimum 40 wpm) and accuracy.
 - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software.
 - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
 - Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop.
 - Prior experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus.
 - Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
