Job Title: Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk
Company: Fast Food Chain – Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update daily sales reports, inventory records, and customer data into the company’s database.
  • Compile and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
  • Maintain and organize digital records of invoices, receipts, and vendor details.
  • Coordinate with store managers and supply chain teams to ensure timely and correct data submission.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and ensure consistency across all datasets.
  • Support the accounting and HR departments with data entry tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Generate basic reports as instructed by supervisors for internal analysis.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 40 wpm) and accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop.
  • Prior experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets

  • Able to manage multiple data sources with efficiency
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
