Job Responsibility

• Assist in the preparation, processing, and analysis of biological and clinical samples in accordance with approved protocols
• Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment safely and accurately
• Record, document, and organize experimental data in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems as per SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Support senior scientists and researchers in troubleshooting experiments and optimizing laboratory procedures
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of biological samples and laboratory materials
• Maintain laboratory inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of consumables and reagents
• Follow laboratory safety standards, biosafety guidelines, and quality control procedures at all times
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and continuous skill development initiatives

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related life sciences field
• 0–3 years of laboratory experience in academic, clinical, or research laboratories
• Internships, research projects, and academic laboratory experience will be considered.
• Basic proficiency in molecular and clinical laboratory techniques, including PCR, ELISA, DNA/RNA extraction, and sample handling
• Working knowledge of laboratory safety practices, biosafety regulations, and quality control fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow experimental protocols accurately
• Basic data recording, documentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research-driven environment.
