Regulatory Affairs Intern opportunity with a leading pharma eye care Industry in Dubai, UAE. Regulatory Affairs Intern will support daily regulatory tasks, help maintain high-quality documentation, strengthen data integrity, and assist with label updates, submissions, and compliance deliverables. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build foundational experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
Job Responsibilities
- Regulatory Submissions & Documentation
- Assist in the preparation, proofreading, review, and compilation of regulatory submissions.
- Organize supporting technical and administrative documents required for pharma product approvals.
- Regulatory Tracking & Project Support
- Monitor deadlines, progress, and compliance deliverables across multiple regional markets.
- Support renewal, variation, and registration projects by coordinating required inputs.
- Labeling & Artwork Management
- Support label and artwork updates including proofreading, version history, and document control.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Regulatory Intelligence
- Conduct research on updated regulations and guidelines from health authorities.
- Prepare summarized reports and communicate relevant updates to the team.
- Records & Data Management
- Maintain and update regulatory archives, trackers, structured databases, and records.
- Ensure organized, audit-ready documentation according to company standards.
- Authority Communication & Correspondence
- Assist in preparing official letters, forms, and regulatory authority-facing documents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams such as Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production to collect data and ensure alignment on regulatory projects.
- General Regulatory Support
- Perform other related tasks as required for compliance and regulatory efficiency.
Job Qualifications – Regulatory Affairs Intern
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related discipline.
- Background or strong interest in Regulatory Affairs.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- French proficiency is an added advantage.
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
- Must be available to join immediately.
