Biotechnologist Intern – Vaccines Manufacturing As a Biotechnologist Intern, you will actively contribute to daily biologics manufacturing operations in a state-of-the-art AI-powered biopharma company biomanufacturing facility, gaining exposure to advanced processes, automation systems, and regulatory compliance activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Routine GMP Manufacturing Operations:
Execute day-to-day production activities in accordance with established process, quality, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements. - Maintain Clean and Organized Work Areas:
Follow standard housekeeping and sanitation procedures for a AI-powered biopharma company to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness in manufacturing zones. - Support Documentation and Audits:
Assist with regulatory compliance tasks, including maintaining accurate batch records, preparing documentation, and supporting internal and external audit readiness.
- Utilize Digital Tools and Automation Systems:
Operate key digital manufacturing systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for recording data and executing process steps. - Participate in Process Improvements:
Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, product quality, and operational productivity of pharma. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work in coordination with process engineers, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion for biologics manufacturing, GMP processes, and technical operations in a regulated environment fro a Biotechnologist Intern – Vaccines Manufacturing.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to 12-hour rotational shifts in a production setting.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures, aseptic techniques, and biotechnological processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms (e.g., MES, ERP) or automation systems is an added advantage.
