Supplement or Nutritional Products Manufacturing Company in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a Quality Control Manager with Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Biotechnology background,a with relevant experience in the Supplement Industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Quality Operations:
Direct and supervise all quality control activities across the manufacturing lifecycle—from raw material intake to final product release—to ensure strict adherence to internal standards and regulatory guidelines. - Develop and Enforce QC Systems:
Design, implement, and regularly update comprehensive quality control protocols to comply with ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and other relevant certifications. Ensure these systems are embedded throughout the production process. - Conduct Quality Inspections and Testing:
Oversee routine inspections and quality assessments of raw materials, intermediate batches, and finished supplements to confirm compliance with product specifications and legal requirements.
- Supervise and Train QC Team:
Lead a team of QC inspectors and analysts, providing hands-on training and guidance to uphold high standards of testing accuracy, documentation, and laboratory safety. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with Production, R&D, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs teams to identify quality deviations, initiate root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Monitor Batch and Lab Performance:
Ensure consistent monitoring and validation of batch production processes, lab test results, and product sampling procedures to maintain batch integrity and consumer safety.
- Maintain Documentation and Audit Readiness:
Ensure thorough record-keeping and document control systems for inspections, deviations, non-conformities, and corrective measures. Prepare for internal and external audits with proper compliance documentation. - Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
Analyze quality trends and generate regular KPI-based performance reports. Recommend data-driven solutions and process improvements to drive continuous product quality enhancements.
Job Qualifications – Supplement Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within the nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, or food manufacturing industries.
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, regulatory compliance standards, and industry certifications: ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL.
- Proven leadership and team management skills; able to motivate and build high-performing QC teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to problem identification and resolution.
- Proficient in MS Office, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and other QC-related software tools.
