Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished dairy products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure adherence to HACCP and GMP guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining hygiene and sanitation protocols in production areas to meet food safety standards.
- Collect and analyze samples for microbiological, chemical, and sensory evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and deviations.
- Report any quality issues or non-conformities to senior quality controllers or the QA/QC manager.
- Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections by preparing necessary documentation.
- Work closely with production and packaging teams to ensure quality assurance measures are followed.
- Stay updated with food safety regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines, and dairy industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in the dairy or food industry.
- Resident in UAE.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations (training or internship experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct quality assessments accurately.
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing and dairy product specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
